Professor Elenev conducts research in finance, macroeconomics and actual property economics. His analysis focuses on the consequences of government policies on macro-financial stability. He has studied the impact of Federal Reserve's Large Scale Asset Purchases program during the current monetary disaster, in addition to the role of capital requirements and authorities mortgage ensures in the macro economy.
